Individual Executive Coaching Program
Individual Executive Coaching Program provides 3 months/9 sessions of individual coaching via Zoom. During such sessions, clients can receive coaching on topics that prevent executives from succeeding or advancing in executive positions such as lack of training, no plan, limited network, unrealistic expectations, work life balance and other topics as defined by clients. The intent of Individual Executive Coaching is to provide clients with a secure, transparent, supportive atmosphere to seek the coach services needed advance their lives and career.
Hybrid Coaching Program
Hybrid Coaching Program provides 3 months/7 sessions of 3 individual / 4 group coaching sessions via Zoom. During such sessions, clients can receive coaching on topics that prevent executives from succeeding or advancing in executive positions such as lack of training, no plan, limited network, unrealistic expectations, work life balance and other topics as defined by clients. Such topics can be discussed in individual and group sessions. The intent of the Hybrid Program is to provide a multifaceted and secure approach to support clients and meet their needs.
Group Coaching
Group Coaching Program provides 3 months/6 group coaching sessions via Zoom. During such sessions, clients can receive coaching on topics that prevent executives from succeeding or advancing in executive positions such as lack of training, no plan, limited network, unrealistic expectations, work life balance and other topics as defined by clients. The intent of Group Coaching is to provide an additional layer of support for clients.
Life Mapping
Life mapping is a 2-4 session process used to assist clients in seeking clarity and direction in life and the coaching process. Clients utilize a series creating writing and drawing activities to identify strengths, barriers, and opportunities in life. The information gathered in used to develop SMART Goals and a 12 Weeks Action Plan.
Speaking Engagements
Speaking engagements are used to increase awareness of the shortage of minority women in executive positions, increase awareness about diversity and inclusion, importance of change management and a host of other topics.
